Jeffrey has over 35 years of experience across all aspects of lending and banking, including business lines of credit, specialty lending, industrial and equipment loans, construction-to-permanent financing, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, HOA/Condominium Association lending, and mixed-use projects. He also specializes in financing for cannabis businesses and limited-income verification.

Matt Schwimmer
Matt Schwimmer brings experience in new business development, marketing, and operations across both traditional business and the regulated cannabis industry in multiple states. He has built strategic partnerships and driven revenue growth through new market opportunities. He entered the cannabis industry in 2015, helping build and scale operations in one of the earliest regulated markets in the U.S., and later managed a $16M flagship retail operation overseeing 100+ employees.
